Walk/Talk therapy is an integrated approach to traditional therapy, combining walking and talk therapy.  During each session, you can utilize your physical strength to promote emotional healing.  Being in motion can help you feel more comfortable discussing difficult feelings and reduces feelings of isolation. Exercise is not the focus, but rather a tool to help enhance our session together. Walking has also been shown to be a very good way to incorporate physical wellness into your prenatal/postpartum routine.
